Tips for Sex Game Registration

Updated Jan. 02 2007.
Q: Will the Sex Game Password I just obtained online unlock your other Sex
Games too?
A: No. If you want to play another Sex Game completely
you will
have to purchase (after the frozen time) another userNAME/userPASS Pair or
Redemption Num or Telephone Pin and fill in the Game Password Form
again.
Q: After Secure Purchasing I didn't received a Pair named:
"userNAME/userPASS", as you said, but a differently named Pair.
What can I do? May I register the Game using it the same way you detail?
A: Sure! Since defining all ways that CC Secure
Processing Companies may call their
Pairs is almost impossible, please dont mind if the Pair you purchased is named:
"User/Password" , or "userID/userPASSWORD" or userID/userPASS" or "
username/userpassword" or the like: the "Game Password Form" online will
recognise and accept them whatever the Secure CC Processor named them.
Q: After Secure Purchasing I didn't received a number called "Redemption", as
you said, but it is named differently.
What can I do? May I register the Game using it the same way you detail?
A: Again, defining all names CC Secure Processing
Companies may give to their Numbers
is not so easy. Please don'mind if the Proof of your Purchase is named:
"Identification" , or "PIN" or "Temporary Num" or " ID Number" or "Telephone
Pin" or the like:
the "Game Password Form" will recognise and accept it whatever the Secure CC
Processor named it.
Q: I downloaded a VRAGame, bought the Proof of Purchase at the Secure Server
and received a userNAME/userPASS
Pair via email. Tried to enter it into the Passwords field of the Introductory
Sceen of the game, but there isn't *any* Field to enter the userNAME!
Where do I have to enter it?
A: The userNAME/userPASS Pair you got online from the
Secure Server after purchasing via web page, email or
phone voice, is *NOT* the VRAGame Password, but the Proof of Purchase
you have to enter, together with
your userCode and email, into the "Game Password Form". After pushing the 'Get
the Sex Game Password" button, you will be given the Password you have to enter
into the "?" green field of the introductory screen of the Sex
Game.
Q: I downloaded a VRAGame and got the the Password (seven digits)
online after submitting my order, tried to put it in the Password field of the
Game and pushed the button below,
but it doesn't work and says: "Write correct Password". What can I do?
A: The Number you got online or by Phone from the
Secure Server after
purchasing via web page, email or phone voice, is *NOT* the actual
VRAGame Password,
but the Proof of Purchase you have to enter, together with your userCode and
email, into the "Game Password Form".
Then push the 'Get the Sex Game Password" button and you will be given the actual
Game
Password you have to enter into the "?" green field of the introductory
screen of the VRAGame.
Q: Hey, just to have an idea, what's the format for the Game Password?
A: The length for a VRAGame Password may vary from 13
to 15 digits.
Q: This complex procedure is a bit confusing, don't you think? What's the
reason the Secure Server of the Credit Card Processor Company
cant give me the Game Password directly? This would avoid all this Forms! Would
you define all the Names and Variables you are
using just a little better?
A: You are quite right and we would rather prefer to
definitely simplify this procedure, but unfortunately this is not possible,
because most of Companies processing CC Securely are able to supply Customers
with a userNAME/userPASS Pair (or whatever they
name it) "only". This Pair, normally used to gain access to protect adult
content, can't obviously act as a Game unlocking
Password; hence we must use it as the "Proof of your Purchasing".
Q: I ordered online and registered a VRAGame and everything worked fine.
A problem occurred when I payed for another userNAME/userPASS Pair at the Secure
Server and returned to your page for attempting
to register another Game of yours. I filled the Game Registration Form but I
received the following message after submitting:
"Sorry: since it appears you registered another VRAGame recently, you must
wait *XX* days yet before attempting to use the Proof of your
Purchase to register
another VRAGame. As soon as this period expires, you will be
warned via email.
If you think you received this response in error, please email
VRAGames support."
In short, I have being already billed but I didn't get my new Game Password!
What can I do?
A: If after submitting the Game Registration Form you
received the above Message, it means you already registered a VRAGames
during recent days and you didn't wait the Banned Period stated in your
Registration Email and Web Page. If you check them out, you'll realize
that you have been warned about this. Btw, don't worry, you will not loose you
money at all! As soon as this Period will expire, you will
be able to use your Proof of Purchase to get your New Game Password Online. In
order to help you in this matter, you will receive a reminder
email at that moment.
Q: I cant really understand yet. What's the reason for this policy of
yours?
A: Please consider that usually "One" Adult Site
offers "One" access to its Protected Material.
Hence, if a CC stealer enters that site with fraud, this will happen only once,
and the damage for that site will be so limited to one
chargeback. By our side, since VRAGames offers plus than one Game, before the
legal owner could block his CC and ask for refunds,
the same stealer would be able to fraudolently purchase and register ALL Games of
ours, so provoking a high chargeback ratio with
consequent very high damage to our Company.
Q: It appears to be a very unpopular measure, dont you think? None of adult
sites in web has this kind of limitations...
A: Well, we know that many Players of ours would like
to buy a new Sew Game shortly after registering their first or second one,
but this method appears to be the best one for thwarting the Credit Card and
Checking frauds in registering our Games. Additionally, it works like a warranty
for the incomes of our resellers. We are confident that our happy Customers will
be glad to suffer a little more suspance before enjoying the pleasure to play
another VRAGame!
Q: I downloaded a VRAGame and got the good Password, entered it in the
Password field and pushed the button below,
but it doesn't work and says: "Write correct Password" . What can I do?
A: Delete the "?" from the "Password"
field.
Be sure you typed the Password correctly, with no spaces preceeding or following
it.
Check out that the Password you obtained is suited for the VRAGame Version you
want to unlock.
Make sure your computer's System Date is properly set to the current date and
year.
Q: I cheked out all the above ones, enter it in the Password field and pushed
the button below, but it won't work yet and says: "Write correct Password".
What can I do?
A: Most probably your Computer has the System Date set
to the "year/month/day" (yy/mm/dd) or
to the "month/year/day" (mm/yy/dd) style, that differs either from the
"month/day/year"(mm/dd/yy) format usually adopted in US countries and from the
"day/month/year"(dd/mm/yy) format adopted in Europe Countries.
If this is the case, as our games look at the last digits of the System Date as
the current year for their first unlocking,
it will be sufficient that you operate this temporary easy operation on your
computer:
Windows 95, 98, 2000 System:
open following windows in sequence:
a)- My Computer (or whatever you named it)
b)- Control Panel
c)- Regional Settings Properties
d)- Date
Set the following date style: "mm/dd/yy" into the "short date" field (if your
computer doesn't give you this chance, go back to the
c)- window (Regional Settings Properties) and set a world region that offer this
possibility. If your machine asks you for restarting, do it.
Macintosh System:
open these windows in sequence:
a)- My Computer (or whatever you named it)
b)- System Folder
c)- Control Panel
d)- Date/Time
Set the following date style: "mm/dd/yy" into the "short date" field.
Now, after checked that the last digit of your computer System Date are now
showing the current year out,
please open the VRAGame again and enter the Password you received online.
As your VRAGame unlocks and says "Now you are a registered user!" you can repeat
the previous procedure and reset the
Computer Date to the Style you prefer, because the game will remain anyhow
unlocked.
Q: I realised that I noted incorrectly the Proof of Purchase (My Ticket) which
I received
from the Secure Server and now I'm unable to get my Game Password. What can I
do?:
A: If you cannot check it out from a record of yours,
the best and fastest way to recover it is going the Customer Care page of the
Secure Server where you bought it and ask them to resent it to you.
Else submit the "Trace Ticket" form at our site fron the site-nav. We'll try to
trace it for you.
Q: I got and entered the Password I purchased from Web, but it doesn't work
and says: "Write correct Password".
Then I realized that the VRAGame version running on my machine was another
version than the last version posted online. What can I do?
A: Don't worry: download LAST release of the Sex Game
first, then email VRAGames Support detailing your problem and enclosing your
purchasing data and your actual new userCode. You'll be given immediately a free
valid Password.
Q: I downloaded a VRAGame and got one userNAME/userPASS Pair (a Redemption
Num, a Phone Pin) then I filled the Sex GameForm and obtained the VRAGame
Password, tried to put it in the Password field of the Introductory screen and
pushed the button below, but it doesn't work and says: "Write correct Password"
.
Then I realize that I entered a mistyped userCode into the userCode field of the
Form. Have I to pay again for obtaining the Password I need?
A: Well, if you entered a slight different userCode
(i.e: 02XXXXXX vs. 02XXXYXX) we understand that this should have been a typing
error.
If this is the case, please email us explaining your problem and you'll be given
a free valid Password. Else, you have to purchase another userNAME/userPASS Pair
or another Redemption Num and to pay again for obtaining another Game
Password.
Q: I got my Password and everything and the Game says I am a registered user,
but it continues to play in Demo mode: nothing has happened!
A: Our Sex Games have no automatic actions when
unlocked, and nothing changes in their introductory screen appearance.
When the clicked field turns its text to: "You are a registered user!", it is up
to you to discover all the features of these interactive Games, following the
instructions shown in the "INSTR. & SETT." screen.
NOW JUST A COUPLE OF PURCHASING TIPS...
...by the way, if you even decide to buy another Proof
of Purchase (Ticket) within the banned period stated into your registration
email, please consider that you will be unable to register another VRAGame until
this period expires.
Q: I ordered online and registered a Sex Game of yours and everything
worked fine.
A problem occurred when I returned to your Web page and attempted to purchase
another
Ticket (Redemtpion Num or userNAME/userPASS Pair) for registering
another game. I placed my Credit Card order and it seems I received a Web Page
containing
the *same* Ticket that I was previously given for the first game I registered
(strange?!?).
I tried to enter it anyhow into the "Game Password Form" online but I received
the message that
the Proof of my Purchase was incorrect or already used. What can I do?
And last but not least, how many time am I being billed?
A: Please check out the PREVIOUS Proof of Purchasing
you recently
got from the Web PAge of the Secure Servers and which you used for registering
your PREVIOUS Game(s):
Whether the recent one iss the SAME Ticket you already entered in the Game
Password Form to receive
the password for another Game of ours, you got the classic Browser cache
problem.
So, if you have your browser preference NOT setted to "Reload Page Every Time",
(or NOT to"Every Time" for: "Page in Cache is Compared to Page on Network" in
Browser higher then 3.5)
when you go the same Secure Server page you went for your first purchasing,
the same reloaded page shown by the browser is NOT the page *Online* but its
cached
one displayed again. The Proof of your Purchase coming up is a cached copy of
your last transaction online
(if you noted it, you can check it out).
This is what you have to do:
Choose "settings" from the preferences menu of your browser, select
"network preferences" (or "Cache" in "Advanced" ones for Browser higher then 3.5)
push the "Clear Disk Cache Now", select "Reload Page Every Time" preference
(or "Every Time" for:"Page in Cache is Compared to Page on Network" in Browser
higher then 3.5)
then hit the "OK" button.
Done that, please request the Secure Server page again. You will so be given a
brand new Ticket.
If this won't work, other workarounds that often bypass the problem are the
followings:
Disconnect, clear the Browser cache and select preferences as above, quit and
open it,
then connect to the Secure Server again.
Use another Browser or your best friend Computer.
A trick we noticed usually working consists in modifying a bit some of data you
entered into the Credit Card Secure Server Form (ie: your name with no
Uppercases, some more blank spaces than needed, or the similar).
If all that fails, it probably means that CC IPSP company,
which manages the Secure Server directly, (we can only parse it!) has not yet
cleared its server cache which supplied you the last Ticket you received
(sometimes they don't do that for a while).
Since the CC Customer Service is now available at the main page of all Processor
Firms,
please go there and fill in the simple form you'll find online, detailing your
problem.
By the way, please consider to use the Online Check or Telephone purchasing
services when possible.
(If this will be the case, remember to choice the suited option into the Game
Password Form.
Last but not least: don't fear, you will be charged for
Proof of Purchase you'll receive from the Secure Servers ONLY,
so you can try all the times you need.
Q: Upon submittal of my Credit Card details, the Credit Card
Secure Server
says the bank declined because:"Credit Card Blocked"and my request could not be
processed because:"Decline Limit Has Been Reached". Now, I'm sure that my Credit
Card is ok and has not passed the limit, what's up?
A: Well, often the direct CC Company sensible response
is the following:
" Hello, This error message means that you have tried to use CC Secure Server
more than 2 times a day or 5 times a week. Once this time frame has passed, you
should be able to use our system again."
If you continue to have problems, please fill in the short form you'll find at
the Customer Care page of the Secure Company.
Now, we know that many customers or ours succeeded in purchasing 2 or 3 different
Tickets in the same hour using the same CC, and it's up to you to decide weather
to wait a little or not. By the way, consider that your Credit Card will be
NEVER double or triple charged until you will receive 2 or 3
DIFFERENT userName/userPass Pairs or Redemtpion Numbers from the Secure Server,
hence you can try all the times you will need.
Q: Upon submittal of my Credit Card details, the Credit Card
Secure Server
says I must resubmit because:"My Address doesn't match", but I checked it out and
it's right, what can I do?
A: Here are some suggestios for entering your address
for credit card transactions. During authorization (the credit card approval
process) the Secure Server performs some address verification and the billing
address is matched with the one of the credit card used in the records of the
financial institution. This process does not look for an exact match but instead
for key similarities. This allows for different formats of the same address. As a
result, some address formats may be returned from the bank indicating the
entered address is wrong even though it matches character for character.
Following tips are for those who receive an address verification error
message.
Try entering your address in one of the following different formats:
PO Boxes & APO Type Addresses - Instead of entering PO Box 1234, try the
following:
1234 PO
1234 Box
1234
Numbered Streets - Instead of entering 1234 N 7th Ave, try the following:
1234 N Seventh Ave
Apartment & Suites - Instead of entering 1234 Main St 500, try the following:
1234 Main Street 500
1234 Main Street
1234 500 Main Street
500 1234 Main Street
Additional Tips
Enter only the number of the address and nothing else (example: "1234" instead of
"1234 Main St")
Enter the street name only and nothing else, do not include numbers (example:
"Main" instead of "1234 Main St")
If this won't work, other workarounds that often bypass the problem are the
followings:
Disconnect, clear the Browser cache and select preferences as above, quit and
open it,
then connect to the Secure Server again.
A trick we noticed usually working consists in modifying a bit some of data you
entered into the
Credit Card Secure Server Form (ie: your name with no Uppercases, some more
blank spaces than needed, or the like).
Warning: If all that fails, since the CC Customer Service is now available
online at the main page of Most Processor Companies, please go there and fill in
the simple form they usually post online, detailing your problem.
By the way, if the problem persists, please consider to use alternate Purchasing
Methods.
